- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank is nothing but a pain. Opened an account 2 years ago after moving up here for work, and like a lot of people i was fooled by the convenient locations. I haven't used them for anything since being up here at all. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We thought they were offering good rates on a re-fi. We were convinced to lock in. Then their appraiser came back $60,000 less than appraisal done 7 yrs ago before all the major improvements! I asked for a new appraisal, but they have stalled and now here we sit. We know friends that the same thing happened to, as well, so it is not just our home situation. Something is very wrong here.By Jill Wilkerson, January 21, 2017
