  The staff and management are very helpful despite the busy schedule. They spoke to the leasing company on my behalf and got them to send the correct documents, when I recently moved back to Columbus and had to transfer the vehicle to Indiana. I had no luck with the leasing company on my own. What a great asset to the community. Thanks

  Beware these non empathizing people, even if You are coming 2 mins late before closing an hour before like 4:02 and they close at 5 pm, inspite of all the hustle You need to make from Your working hours at job, they won't allow You for a driver skill test, totally non accomodating! They can atleast provide 10 mins less time to complete test or complete the licensing part later and just let thr applicant attempt the test.

  The BMV needs better hours and they need to give some details on their hours. For instance if you are open late on Tuesdays till 6:30 why can't a kid take their permit test after 5:30? It doesn't take that long. Also if that's a must then could you maybe place it somewhere so people don't show up at 5:35, take a number, talk to someone and then wait only to be told it's too late to take it? Perhaps even tell them when they get there and you talk to them the first time that it's too late?!
